      Rated 5 out of 5�by Very helpful phone for hearing or vision loss The large backlit keypad and volume control are very helpful to seniors with hearing deficits and/or impaired vision. The color is a soft ivory and blends well with any d�cor. It is a bit larger than I expected for a "trimline". Would prefer a bit smaller scale phone, but do appreciate the special features of this model. November 18, 2015

She has tried numerous phones over the past few years but never could hear what was being said, now there is no problem and enjoy talking to her again on the phone. The cost was cheaper than all the others too. May 1, 2014

I have a tendency to pull the base off the stand because the handset is attached to the base. I am able to hear the conversation with ease, which is why I purchased the phone. January 8, 2014
